What to expect during your support session

You will be asked to verify that you understand the "Support Agreement" emailed to you prior to receiving support. Be sure to read through this prior to your call.  

We recommend you stay available in case we need:

  • To ask you specific questions regarding your issue.
  • To have you restart your computer or login


We access your computer system via a code provided through software that will connect our systems over the Internet. There are certain issues we cannot resolve, like those involving your system's hardware. 


Before you schedule your support call

  1. Close all applications, files, or programs that may show personal information. 
  2. Be sure you have a working Internet connection.
  3. If you are not able to connect to the internet, please click the button below. There you'll find instructions on how to troubleshoot your internet connection.

1 | Schedule Your Service

Click on the "SCHEDULE" button below to choose a time and date for your service. 

2 | Your Appointment

You'll receive an email confirming your service appointment. On the date of your appointment, one of our technicians will call you at your appointed time. 

3 | Setting Up Virtual Service

Our technician will need to virtually access your computer in order to assess and remedy your situation. The technician will walk you through the short process over the phone. Don't worry, it's not hard to do. Once you've allowed the technician access to your system, you'll be able to watch them work. Note: You'll need internet access and you won't be able to use your computer during this time. You'll be walking the technician through the problems you've been experiencing, while they explain what they're doing and the likely cause. 

4 | Problem Solved!

Good News, you're back to work! 


Most computer problems are relatively simple to fix remotely. However, virtual service is limited in the problems it can solve. If the issue is hardware related, you'll be given counsel on how to proceed.
